Rates
Rates include full use of middle floor which
features 1 full private bedroom, 1 queen private bedroom, twin
beds in great room,1 bath with tub/shower; all towels and linens; complete
kitchen with full size refrigerator,
coffee pot, microwave, stove, oven and all utensils; fireplace with FREE
firewood; laundry facility; 2 large, private decks overlooking lake;
access to private boat dock and fishing pier; and much more. Maximum
capacity - 6 people. Call for monthly rates.

Credit Cards
We are happy to accept most
major credit cards for holding your reservation (security deposit) but
prefer personal check or cash for full rental fees. We use our business,
Seniors, Inc., for credit cards so dont be confused if you see this on
your credit card statement.

Pets
Not allowed. We love them
but so many of our guests are allergic and cleaning after some pets can be
a challenge. We can suggest excellent kennel nearby. See
Pet Accommodations.

Keys
- Key to deadbolt unlocks
both the entry door and patio door. Key is required to lock from inside
also- may want to keep it close by for emergency purposes.

Parking
Thank you for parking directly behind
the cabin or at the bottom of the back road.

Outdoor Lights
Outdoor lights controlled by switch on OUTSIDE by entry door.

Air Conditioning/Heat Controls One large
wall unit provides AC and Heat. Ceiling Fans and wall heaters are
supplements. The Fireplace is the main heat source if you choose and
firewood is free help yourself.

Telephone Free local calls. Long distance
calls must be collect or by credit card. For emergencies, dial 911.
Cabin # is 1-256-582-7892. This phone is a 2-party line. It is
shared with the guests at the Pad (bottom floor). Thank you for your
consideration.

Garbage Thank you for using any of the
garbage cans near the back parking area. Garbage pickup is on Thursdays.

Electronics Both TVs have cable. Stereo
provided plays only cassette tapes or radio.

Washer & Dryer For guests on extended stay -
located in outdoor utility room on the bottom floor and shared with guests
at the Pad.

Sheets, Toilet Paper, Soap enough provided
for 2-night stays. We are happy to provide towels also as long as they
last. Thank you for helping us keep up with them. The outdoor utility
room is available to launder them as needed.

Boathouse Your rental includes the shared
use of the boathouse pier. We request the number of people on the pier at
one time be limited to 10 to help prevent settling. All personal
property and activities on premises are at your own risk.

Appliances Full size refrigerator/freezer,
electric stove/oven, microwave, and coffeepot.

Other Amenities The kitchen is fully
equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. A Weber Kettle
(grill) is provided on the private patio so you may want to bring
charcoal, lighter fluid, etc.

Cleaning We appreciate your privacy no
daily maid service. All private vacation rentals on the lake charge a
$50+ fee for after-stay cleaning service. Since we do the cleaning
ourselves, we are happy to waive this fee and hope we will always be able
to do so. Thank you for making it easier on us by using the trashcans and
especially by washing and putting away your dishes.

Guests We encourage you to invite local
family and friends over for a visit during your stay. Cookouts, fish-frys,
etc. are fun! Thank you for remembering the cabin only sleeps 6.

Departure
- Upon departure, thank you for washing and putting away your dishes.
Please sign the Guest Book if you have time. Thank you also for turning
off lights and AC or heat, locking doors, and leaving key in outdoor
birdhouse on second level.
