Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE.  Sleeps 4.

In-season (March - October) $75/night,$450/week.

Off-season (November - February) $65/night, $390/week. 

Rates include full use of bottom floor which features 1 full private bedroom, 1 full futon sofa in living area, 1 bath with shower stall only (no tub); all towels and linens; complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, stove, oven and all utensils; laundry facility; large, private deck overlooking lake; access to private boat dock and fishing pier, and much more.  Call for monthly rates.
